“Star Wars” fans are being flooded with news and rumors for the hotly anticipated “Star Wars Episode 7” during the last two weeks. With the casting announcements out the way, and the studio hunting for “interesting looking extras” for the upcoming pic, rumors suggest that possible titles have been revealed. Blogs are lighting up like Christmas trees with news that the title has possibly been revealed.

Let’s have a quick look at the rumored titles:

According to Latino Review’s Kellvin Chavez article published back in October last year, the working titles could be “Return of the Sith” and “Rise of the Jedi”.
According to a recent article by Dave Gonzales over at Latino Review, the title could be “Episode 7”.
According to Harry Knowles at Ain’t It Cool, the title could be “The Ancient Fear”.  This is a reference to one of the film’s villains, played by Max von Sydow.

Disney and Lucasfilm has not commented on the rumors. “Episode 7” seems to be the best of the bunch while the rest is a bit to cheesy or obvious to my liking. Any geeks out there willing to share their preferred title for “Star Wars Episode 7”?

Adam Driver is rumored to take on the role as the main villain in the upcoming pic.  The Latest “Star Wars” reports suggest that Han Solo will have “a gigantic role in the first of the next three films.” Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew and Kenny Baker have been confirmed to return for the seventh installment. Driver joins the franchise as a newcomer, he is joined by Oscar Isaac, John Boyega, Domhnall Gleeson, Daisy Ridley, Andy Serkis and Max von Sydow. Star Wars geeks can expect “Episode 7″ to be set 30 years after 1983’s “Return of the Jedi”. The seventh installment will be released on December 18, 2015. Two sequels are set with the first one to follow in 2017, and the second in 2019.
