Things are heating up as new cast members are revealed for the anticipated action film, “The Expendables 3”. Metro.co.uk confirms that Sylvester Stallone has new additions just days after Bruce Willis received the boot, making space for newcomer Harrison Ford.
The Expendables Cast
Mel Gibson, who has long been rumored, is finally signed on as the villain. In addition, the “The Mask of Zorro” star Antonio Banderas has been confirmed to join the action hero stars, his role still needs to be confirmed.
Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jason Statham and Mickey Rourke will reprise their roles. UFC champion Ronda Rousey and Kellan Lutz are on board for supporting roles.
The movie will be directed by Patrick Hughes, with Avi Lerner serving as producer. Lionsgate has set it for August 15, 2014 release.
