The Hollywoodreporter.com revealed the reasons why Bruce Wills got the boot form “the Expendables 3”, this decision made way for “Expendables” newcomer, Harrison Ford.
“The Expendables” Cast
On Tuesday, August 6, Stallone had the interwebs buzzing with his tweets:
“WILLIS OUT… HARRISON FORD IN !!!! GREAT NEWS !!!!! Been waiting years for this!!!!”
“GREEDY AND LAZY …… A SURE FORMULA FOR CAREER FAILURE.”
It would be safe to assume it was aimed at Willis.
Apparently Willis would be paid $3 million for four days of consecutive work on location in Bulgaria, however “He said he’d drop out unless he got $4 million,” the source reveals to the site. “A million dollars a day. Stallone and everybody else involved said no.”

The insider adds that Willis had not expected Sly could get his replacement as soon as he dropped out of the production. “I think [Willis] was pretty surprised he was replaced in 72 hours by Harrison Ford – a better actor, a much nicer person and a more interesting direction for the film.”
The “Expendables 3” is set for release 15th August 2014. It will star Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Arnold Schewarzenegger, Jet Li, Jackie Chan, Milla Jovovich, Terry Crews, Nicolas Cage, Kellan Lutz, Mel Gibson, Mickey Rouke and Harrison Ford.
