We have been dying to see the first footage of DC’s “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” which was released at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con. If you missed the opportunity to check out the footage at The Con this year, don’t be too disappointed. A fan has created an animated teaser trailer from the footage for our viewing pleasure. The clip shows Batman on a rooftop walking toward the Bat-sign in the rain. He rips of the tarp covering the signal and turns it on. Superman is revealed in the sky with red glowing eyes, and looks ready to confront the caped crusader.

Plot details for the upcoming DC pic is still under wraps. Henry Cavill’s Man of Steel and Affleck’s Batman will be joined by Amy Adams who reprises her role as Lois Lane. Jason Momoa will take on the role as Aquaman, and cameo appearances by some members of the Justice League have also been rumoured. Nightwing, Flash and Green Lantern have been mentioned so far. “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” is set to be released on May 6, 2016.
