The 23 years old brunette from Louisville, Ky. kicked-off her career In September 2012 when she got a gym membership and started training. She researched different exercises to target different muscle groups, put together a full training program and got to work. After three months of consistency with her training, nutrition and cardio, she was able to lose all of the excess fat she had gained through the years. She continued to work hard from there on and as they say, the rest is history.
