Salad Fingers is one of the creepiest animations ever conceived.  The series by British cartoonist David Firth gained rapid internet popularity in 2005. According to Wikipedia, the series ranked in the “Top 10” pop culture phenomena for that year as sited by The San Francisco Chronicle. The animated flash series revolves around an odd character named Salad Fingers, a thin, green, and obviously mentally troubled creature that literally looks like an Olive with salary like fingers. Best described as a “surreal psychological horror cartoon”, Salad Finger never disappoint with dark humor and strange scenarios.


Salad Fingers is a cartoon Flash animation series, created by British cartoonist David Firth in 2004.

Firth is not a newcomer to the world of animation; he has produced short films for “Charlie Brooker’s Screenwipe”, televised on BBC Four. Salad Fingers is only one of many characters internet cartoon sensation David Firth has created.  He is currently working on his first full length feature film called “The Meadow Man”.
