Will we see a brand new “Matrix” trilogy by creative duo Lana and Andy Wachowski? According to a recent report by Latino-Review the duo has already pieced together an outline and they have submitted their pitch to Warner Bros. Geeks will be familiar with the Wachowski’s work and recall their efforts for the billion dollar franchise which stars Keanu Reeves as “Neo”, one of our favorite computer hacking geeks of all time. It is not clear if the Wachowski’s will helm the new trilogy, but will be unlikely to exclude them from a franchise they once championed.  Latino-Review also reports that the project will aim to ready itself for a 2017 onslaught to face-off against rival franchises like “Star Wars” and “Avatar”.
