Isabel Rochev (Summer Glau), is from a small village in Siberia, where she lived a life of servitude working in a diamond mine. When the head of Queen Industries, Robert Queen, came to her village, she was inspired by the man, who she saw as a symbol of one’s inner power. She fell in love with him and whilst he may or may not have loved her, she found him a great source of inspiration and vowed to make something of herself and rise from her humble status as a slave girl.

She is the Vice-President of Acquisitions for Stellmoor International, a rival of Queen Consolidated. Little else is known about her, but she is believed to be one of the corrupt individuals who has contributed to the ruination of Starling City. Her name is listed in Robert Queen’s book:

This was a huge announcement and we’re really excited to see The Flash back on the big screen. Glee actor Grant Gustin will play DC Comics hero The Flash/Barry Allen. The star, Sebastian Smythe in the musical comedy Glee, is to appear in three episodes which could result in a potential Flash spin-off series

The Wrap revealed that the famous DC comics character Black Canary will be joining season 2 of Arrow but it appears that series regular Laurel Lance (played by Katie Cassidy) won’t be transitioning into Black Canary (her longtime superhero alias in the source material).  Arrow’s writers have decided to bring in another actress for the “golden age” version of the character and cast “The Pact” star Caity Lotz.

Ben Turner (Jai White) comes from an upper middle class black neighbourhood in Central City. When he was only 10 years old, he saw a burglar attacking his parents, and he proceeded to kill the man with a kitchen knife. In an effort to control the rage inside him, Turner turns to martial arts (and eventually, crime). The Bronze Tiger possesses no superhuman powers, but is a superb martial artist. He has bested notable martial artists such as Batman and fought Richard Dragon to a standstill.

Sebastian Blood

Former “True Blood” star Kevin Alejandro will play Sebastian Blood. Drawing inspiration from the iconic New Teen Titans nemesis Brother Blood, Sebastian is an alderman who rises to power in the wake of the earthquake that devastated Starling City in Arrow’s first-season finale. Blood’s “man-of-the-people” popularity instantly places him at odds with Oliver Queen, whose family he blames for the quake.

Sebastian was the eighth individual to assume the name of Brother Blood. As demanded by seven generations of tradition, whoever holds such a title is recognized as the High Priest of the Church of Blood and an emissary to the demonic entity known as Trigon.
