Comic Con 2013 is over, it’s almost too hard to believe… We were spoilt to some of the greatest movie and series reveals ever. Some projects get announced and create an insane on-line buzz, while others simply fade away into darkness.

Let’s take a look back at our biggest winner at this years Comic Con, here’s Marvel our Comic Con 2013 Biggest Winner:

Biggest Winner: Marvel

Marvel is in a league of its own when it comes to reveals and comic con news. They had without a doubt the most reveals, coolest behind the scenes footage, and most movie cast members attended. They announced much anticipated follow-up movie news we were all anxious to hear about. Plus, they had the most insanely cool booth and props ever! Granted the biggest reveal may go to DC for the Superman Batman movie, but Marvel remains our biggest winner at this years Comic Con.

A few images from the Marvel booth, and some of the cool props they brought with them:

Regarding Avengers 2, it was announced that it will be called “Age of Ultron“. Remember we already know quite a bit about Avengers 2, and that Thanos will be the Villain, this new title for Avengers 2 speculates whether Thanos will be the main villain or not. Perhaps Ultron will be the main villain, and Thanos will have another “out-tro” after the credits. Or it may be the other way around. All you need to know for now is, Ultron is one bad ass villain! Here’s everything you need to know about Ultron:

We also received more  Captain America: The Winter Soldier  news, and we saw new Thor: The Dark World footage. Here’s Loki announcing it himself:

Marvel also revealed more news on the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy. Filming started already in London, and we saw some early footage!

Then of course X-Men: Days Of Future Past made an insanely strong showing at Comic-Con, with a surprise full cast panel. The film, which will drop May 23, 2014, blends the cast of the original X-Men films with the recent ’60s-set X-Men: First Class, using time travel.  Here’s the panel:

Lets not forget Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Outside of Marvel’s official panel, the studio also held a Q&A to discuss their upcoming foray onto the small screen, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., set to premiere Sept. 24, on ABC, with the cast and crew, including creator Joss Whedon.

On the gaming front, Marvel also shows the first trailer for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, one of the highly anticipated LEGO video games to smash through store shelves this fall. The initial announcement of LEGO Marvel Super Heroes came with the promise of over 100 characters on the game’s roster. Up until now, the usual suspects of the Marvel U have been the only confirmed playable characters. Now a new trailer for the game has been released that profiles not only the “Big Figure” characters (like The Hulk) but reveals plenty of other Marvel characters that will be present in the game.

Here’s the Trailer:

Unfortunately we did not receive any news on the mystery Marvel Movie, or any confirmation on Vin Diesel‘s possible role in the Marvel Future, that would have only added to the awesomeness!

Wow, this sure is a lot of information to take in, and this is not even all of it. But, the verdict remains, Marvel sure put up one helluva show. We have a lot of awesome movies to look forward to!
