KTVA-TV (Alaska) reporter Charlo Greene has taken the leap most people have consider, but never had the guts to see through when it comes to quitting a job you’re not interested in anymore. She felt it best to share her resignation on live television by stepping down with the following words:

“F#ck it, I quit.”

There is more to the story geeks, it gets better! [Drum roll please!] Greene wrapped up an informative report about the Alaska Cannabis Club right before her dramatic exit, and also revealed that she is the owner of the pot loving group from Cannabisville. KTVA told the Alaska Dispatch News they had no idea Greene was planning to quit, especially in such dramatic fashion.

Greene gave the following statement about her controversial exit:

“I wanted to draw attention to this issue. And the issue is medical marijuana. Ballot Measure 2 is a way to make medical marijuana real … most patients didn’t know the state didn’t set up the framework to get patients their medicine.”

She apologized for anyone who took offense, but is not sorry:

“If I offended anyone, I apologize, but I’m not sorry for the choice that I made,”

KTVA wasn’t as forgiving and responded shortly on their Facebook page page with the following statement.

“We sincerely apologize for the inappropriate language used by a KTVA reporter during her live presentation on the air tonight. The employee has been terminated.”

The clip is gaining popularity, so we have to give her points for getting the message across. Is there is anyone else out there feeling the need to roll a fat one and resign today, Charlo Greene might have some pointers for you!?
