Courtney Love has officially been cast in the upcoming seventh and final season of “Sons of Anarchy“. Marking her “dramatic TV acting debut”, the alternative rock star will be playing a pivotal role as a preschool teacher of Jax’s eldest son, Abel.
TVLine reported the following on Tuesday:
“Love will play Ms. Harrison, the straight-shooting preschool teacher of Jax’s eldest son, Abel. Look for Love’s educator to take a special interest in Abel — which will likely spark an interesting reaction from the boy’s mother Wendy”

The 50-year-old musician/actress made her feature film debut in the critically acclaimed “Sid and Nancy” back in 1986. She also received several awards for her performance in 1996’s “The People vs. Larry Flynt”.
Love will be joining fellow rocker Marilyn Manson in the final season. The 45-year-old musician has been cast in a recurring role as a white supremacist in the upcoming seventh season. FX made the announcement on Thursday, May 29 that Manson will take on the role as Ron Tully, an imprisoned “shot-caller” who Jax uses to expand his power base.
“Sons of Anarchy” returns to FX for its Seventh and final season in September 2014.
