Maroon 5 launched the video for their brand new single “Maps”. The song will feature on their new album aptly titled “V”, which is due on September 2, 2014. The clip features Adam Levine rushing to hospital where he finds his girlfriend badly injured in a car accident. Playing out one of the most used scenarios in music video history, Levine’s girlfriend is shown storming away from him when he is seen seeking the attention from another woman the night before. The popular group took a hiatus after their fourth studio album, Overexposedin. It’s been two years since Maroon 5 launched a new song, and for now, we are pleased with their first single. The song was written by Levine, Ryan Tedder, Benjamin Levin, Ammar Malik and Noel Zancanellad. The track is also confirmed as the flagship for their new album.
