Two of the best old school rock bands are officially embarking on a joint tour. Nine Inch Nails and Soundgarden made it official on Saturday, March 15, after hinting via Instagram that they will be taking the road together. The tour will officially kick off on July 19 in Las Vegas at Planet Hollywood. The rock heavyweights will be joined by Death Grips as the supporting act in all but two dates. Both super groups also celebrated the 20th anniversary of their albums “Superunknown” and “The Downward Spiral” respectively on March 8. Fans of Soundgarden need to check out for their 5-CD deluxe edition of “Superunknown” on June 3.
Pre-sales begin this Monday, March 17, for NIN.com members, with the public on-sale date being March 21. There will also be a Tuesday, March 18, pre-sale with the code NINSG.
