HBO’s big screen adaptation for its ‘Entourage’ has finally received an official release date. We can expect to see Vincent Chase and his entourage of friends storming into theatres on June 12, 2015. The film picks up where the series left off at the end of season 8, with  Kevin Connolly, Jeremy Piven, Kevin Dillon, and Jerry Ferrara back to reprise their respective roles. The series based on Wahlberg’s experiences as an up-and-coming actor will also introduce some newcomers to spice up the big screen adaptation. The series is known for its epic cameo appearances by Hollywood high-flyers which include the likes of Oscar award-winning actors, director and producers. Billy Bob Thornton, Kid Cudi, and Liam Neeson is expected to take on roles in the upcoming movie.

The film is helmed by series creator Doug Ellin and will be co-produced by Wahlberg. The film is set to face-off against Universal’s “Jurassic World” which will be released on the same weekend. Only time will tell if the big screen adaptation will live up to the standards of the entertaining 8 season series.
