We spotted a report last week that suggested Jai Courtney and Boyd Holbrook are the two final candidates to play Kylie Reese in “Terminator: Genesis”. Variety.com informs us that Courtney is the man for the job to take the fight to Skynet! The Terminator reboot has covered a bit of a ground in the casting department with some big names confirmed for the coveted roles.

We still have no storyline indicating the way forward, but the little we know so far indicate that the film involves time travel into the future. Directed by Alan Taylor (“Thor: The Dark World”), ‘Terminator: Genesis’ is the first installment in a stand-alone trilogy. The script is written by Laeta Kalogridis (“Shutter Island”) and Patrick Lussier (“Drive Angry”). The reboot is set for a July 1, 2015 release.
