The time is approaching when all the Diablo 3 fans once again log on to Battle.net daily to play the new Diablo 3 expansion called Reaper of Souls. We suspect that millions of ex-Diablo 3 players will also slowly crawl from the dark holes they’ve been hiding in to play the new Diablo 3 expansion called Reaper of Souls. We suspect most of the fans that stopped playing Diablo 3 due to various reasons *cough lack of end-game cough*

1. Start playing again
The last thing you want when you log in to play Reaper of Souls is to be rusty, and lost with all the new items, menus and navigational changes. Especially with the latest patch, there’s a lot of functionalities added already that was only expected to become available with the expansion. Familiarize yourself with these changes.
Dust off your moldy monk and get him back in shape again, even if you plan to play with the new Paladin.
2. Get used to no Auction House
Another big change is the removal of the gold and real money auction houses. Better get in there and get used to not being able to sell, demolish or trade items via the Auction house.
3. Pre-Order Now
No one can stop death. The Prime Evil rages within the Black Soulstone, its essence screaming for vengeance and release. Before the artifact can be sealed away forever, Malthael – Angel of Death – manifests in the mortal realms with a deadly new purpose: to steal the Black Soulstone and bend its infernal power to his will. So begins the end of all things…

The deluxe edition gives you The Digital Deluxe edition includes a digital copy of Reaper of Souls, with three additional character slots primed for all-new heroes. 4. Download the new pre-Download
Blizzard has made available a 6GB download for Reaper of Souls that can be seen as a pre-download that will save you having to download 10GB come launch day. Here’s the explanation from the Forums:
The download will be around 6GB in size and include things like models, textures, art files, and other upcoming content in patch 2.0.1 and Reaper of Souls that is already complete. By making this data available early, you’ll have less to download once the pre-expansion patch and expansion are released.
The background download data is encrypted and won’t make any changes to the live game or Battle.net service until patch 2.0.1 and Reaper of Souls launch. In the meantime, you will be able play Diablo III as normal, and your in-game experience should remain unaffected by the download itself.
In order for the background download to begin, Diablo III must be installed on your computer and patched up to the latest build. Please note that you will be eligible for the background download even if you have not pre-purchased Reaper of Souls.
5. Expect Issues
This is expected. These days any game being launched digitally will have issues. Remember Sim City? What about the GTA V launch. Then of course the day Diablo 3 was launched. Don’t have this expectation that everything will work 100%. Expect minor bugs, possible bigger bugs up until the first patch is released.
Lastly, while your waiting for the 25 March release date, why not buy this awesome Diablo 3 figurine, or get your hands on these Reaper of Souls Wallpapers here, and here.
