An extended look at the upcoming “Community” season 5 has been made available. A new longer trailer features an all-new Greendale war to come with Britta assuming control of Greendale. An “ass crack bandit” takes to terrorizing the school, violating Troy. Walton Goggins shows up as an investigator, who is administering a lie-detector test, leading Chang to admit that he’s masturbated “everywhere,” including the study room.

The trailer also features a reference to “Scrubs” with Troy commenting on the audacity of Zach Braff to leave the show. There is also hints at a “Lord of the Rings” spoof. Jonathan Banks and John Oliver will appear as guest stars by the look of things.
“Community” season 5 will make its return on Thursday, January 2.
