Will Ferrell’s Ron Burgundy is up to his usual shenanigans, storming Conan’s show last night guns blazing. The show featured lots of Burgundy/Anchorman craziness with one of my favourite moments, the signature flute solo tribute to Toronto mayor Rob Ford. Ferrell took out all the stops, undermining the Dodge Durango campaign (luckily just for fun, nice little marketing campaign) and he gave some helpful prison riot survival tips to no name a few things.

The flute solo was accompanied with a song for the new re-election campaign for his “dear, dear, dear friend” Rob Ford. Remember? The crack-smoking mayor of Toronto?

Ferrell rocked "Working for the Weekend" by Canadian band Loverboy. the flute solo was amazing!

Burgundy said:

“He is the best,”

O’Brien replied

“He’s a controversial figure,”

Burgundy responded:

“Controversial because he’s so damn honest,”

“Anchorman: The Legend Continues” will be released on December 20. We can expect cameos from his former “Saturday Night Live” colleagues Tina Fey and Amy Poehler.
