Terry O’Quinn is rumored to take on the role as Lex Luthor in Zack Snyder’s “Man of Steel 2” according to a recent report by Comicbookmovie.com. Rumors circled Bryan Cranston (“Breaking Bad”) and Mark Strong (“John Carter”) to portray the villainous master mind, however both actors denied the casting rumors.

Additional rumors making the rounds on the internet related to Snyder’s anticipated sequel, is that Penn Badgley, Ezra Miller, and Adam Driver are in the running to play Dick Grayson a.k.a. Robin/Nightwing. No official casting news have been made available for the Batman and Superman crossover film, which started filming last month.
Henry Cavill will reprise his role as Superman and Ben Affleck will make his debut as the caped crusader. “Man of Steel 2” will hit theaters on July 17, 2015.
