George Lucas’ Star Wars never stops to amaze us with photos, footage and never-before-seen blooper reel from the original 70’s Star Wars film. The latest blooper reel reveals all sorts of randomness with stormtrooper helmets falling off, Governor Tarkin crashing his lines, Harrison Ford having trouble to get his words out and more.

One thing is for sure, actors fumbling around in those uncomfortable stormtrooper suits should have claimed extra for danger pay. The combination of smoky sets, bad sight and uber-tight futuristic outfits proved to be a challenge for the guys to act out their scenes. Check out the clip at around 1:15 -1:52 min, I think I may have caused a bit of a scene laughing so hard, it is hilarious.
