Saddle up people; we are in for another two installments of “Paranormal Activity”. According to Deadline.com, Paramount Pictures will unleash a Latino-centered spin-off, entitled “Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones”, set for a January 3, 2014 release. The film helmed by series scribe Christopher Landon had originally been slated for an October 25, 2013. Richard Cabral, Carlos Pratts, Eddie J. Fernandez, Jorge Diaz and more have been signed on to star.

The next installment in the series, “Paranormal Activity 5”, will debut next year’s just in time for Halloween on October 24, 2014. It is not yet revealed who will direct the fifth chapter.

The latest installment, “Paranormal Activity 4”, was released on October 18, 2012. “Para Act 4” was less successful on the box office than its predecessors; it grossed $140 million worldwide.
