Popular 90’s English rock band Blur is finally back with a brand new single to hype the release of their first album in over 12 years. Made famous by their self titled album back in 1997, the group of four musicians released their last album in 2003 titled “Think Tank”. Fans of the Britpop band can expect the new album title “The Magic Whip” to be released internationally on April 27 before arriving in the U.S. on the following day.
The group’s frontman Damon Albarn revealed during a live streamed press conference with BBC Radio 1 that the new album was inspired by the work created by David Bowie in Berlin in the mid-’70s. People heading out to London’s British Summer Time Hyde Park festival on June 20 will have the opportunity to see the guys perform live.
