Paramount Pictures decided to launch a Motion Poster for “Terminator Genisys” ahead of its first official trailer. Geeks can expect the trailer for the anticipated fifth installment of the futuristic sci-fi film to be released on Thursday, December 4. The one-sheet motion poster was debuted on Tuesday, and it’s awesome! The poster features the original T-800 robot skull which slowly disintegrates into a pile of fine metal dust. The plot for the movie has been tightly under wraps, but some speculate that the poster has something to do with time travel, or it could be a nod to the aging Terminator as described by Arnold Schwarzenegger.

“Terminator: Genisys” was directed by Alan Taylor and co-written by Laeta Kalogridis and Patrick Lussier. Schwarzenegger is joined by  Emilia Clarke (Sarah Connor), Jason Clarke (John Connor) and Jai Courtney (Kyle Reese). The flick is scheduled to be released on July 1, 2015. The remaining sci-fi films which form part of a new threequel are expected to be filmed back to back with the first sequel dated for May 19, 2017 and the second slated for June 29, 2018.

67-year-old Schwarzenegger mentioned that we can expect an ‘older’ version of his iconic Cyborg in the next installment. He also said that ”Terminator deals a lot with time travel, so there will be a younger T-800 and then what that model does later on when it gets reprogrammed, and who gets a hold of him. So it will be all kinds of interesting twists in the movie.”
