Jax and Samcrow are riding hard while smashing records on the way with their huge season finale opener for FX’s “Sons of Anarchy”. The 90-minute premiere for Season 7 posted 6.2 million viewers at 10 P.M. on Tuesday, September 9. They impressed fans among adults 18-49 with a respectable 3.2 rating. The number crunchers estimated that the popular biker drama increased their total viewers for the 90-minute premiere by 5%.

The Season 7 opener also smashed a record held by Season 6, by opening to the biggest audience for the show by drawing 5.87 million viewers, and 3.94 million among adults 18-49.
