The new promo for CW’s “Arrow” season 3 finally reveals the moment when Oliver and Felicity decide to take their friendship to the next level by sharing a kiss. It’s about time the bow wielding hero grows a pair and get on with it already. Executive producer Greg Berlanti reassured that producers “weren’t trying to fake anybody out with Oliver’s confession to her at the end of last year, so we’ll deal with that directly this year,” while Stephen Amell hinted that their date goes “horribly.”

Executive producer Andrew Kreisberg told EW:
“Felicity and Oliver actually have a pretty raw discussion about what they mean to each other, which we’re really excited about, and it’s an extension of what happened at the end of last year.”
Laurel and Thea are also featured in some hands on action scenes while kicking ass and taking names in the process. “Arrow” season 3 is set to return on Wednesday, October 8 at 8 P.M. on The CW.
