The much-anticipated first teaser trailer for “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1” has arrived for out viewing pleasure. The clip shows a propaganda campaign advertisement featuring Josh Hutcherson’s Peeta Mellark as he stands next to Donald Sutherland’s President Snow while he delivers his message to the capitols.

Clad in all white, President Snow says:

“Ours is an elegant system. We seek to nourish and protect,”

“Your hard work feeds us, and in return, we feed and protect you.”

He also blurts out a threatening message:

“But if you resist the system, you starve yourself. If you fight against it, it is you who will bleed.”

He ends his monologue with:

“Panem today, Panem tomorrow, Panem forever.”

In the first part of the third gripping installment of “The Hunger Games” the story continues with the capitol thrown into disarray after Jennifer Lawrence’s Katniss Everdeen and some rebels escape the Hunger Games arena as she shatters the games forever. Katniss will face the fight of her life to save Peeta and the capitols from the tyranny of President Coin (Julianne Moore) and President Snow.

The science fiction adventure pic is helmed by Francis Lawrence with a script by Peter Craig and Danny Strong. Mockingjay Part 1 and 2 is adapted from the final book in “The Hunger Games” trilogy, written by Suzanne Collins. Lawrence, Sutherland, Hutcherson and Moore, is also joined by Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks and Jeffrey Wright.

“Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1” is set to be released on November 21, 2014, and “Mockingjay ,Part 2” is set to be released on November 20, 2015.
