Disney revealed a new trailer for the hotly anticipated ‘Maleficent’. The new clip features her supernatural powers as she summons evil creatures from the dark forest and displays her fury with magic. Set to a creepy soundtrack by Lana Del Rey, the new ‘Maleficent’ trailer showcase epic fight scenes and beautiful cinematography.

The classic tale explores the origins story of the wicked fairy. We will witness the king’s ruthless betrayal as he sends the kingdom’s army to take over and turn a pure-hearted young woman into a villainous sorceress. Bitter and angry, she faces the king’s successor in battle to get revenge, and to place a curse upon his newborn daughter.
“Pan’s Labyrinth” visual effects expert Robert Stromberg serves behind the lens for the first time. Jolie is supported by Elle Fanning, Brenton Thwaites, Sharlto Copley, Juno Temple and Peter Capaldi. “Maleficent” is set to be released on May 30, 2014.
