Quentin Tarantino doesn’t seem to be phased about the fact that Westerns have a very bad reputation at the box office. People just don’t care about cowboys any more, and this is why we love Tarantino. He does whatever he wants, when he wants to . Tarantino was recently a guest on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, where he revealed that the next movie he will be making is a western. He didn’t provide any details on what to expect, but this is what he had to say.
“I can’t talk that much about it, but I will say one thing. I haven’t told anyone about this publicly, but I will say the genre. It’s a Western. It’s not a ‘Django’ sequel, but it’s another Western, and the thing is I had so much fun doing ‘Django’ and I love Westerns so much, that after I taught myself how to make one, it’s like ‘well okay, now let me make another one now I know what I’m doing.'”
