Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan got its first trailer for the big screen adaptation titled “Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit”. The film is directed by Kenneth Branagh who also features as the main villain Viktor Cherevin. Ryan is depicted by “Star Trek” star Chris Pine, an established CIA covert analyst who discovers a Russian plot to crash the U.S. economy. Terrorist schemes, assassination attempts and Ryan getting into all sorts of action scrapes is expected.
The action-thriller film is based on the character of Jack Ryan created by Tom Clancy
The trailer features action-packed scenes to accompany the intriguing plot with Ryan dodging bullets and dishing out punches. The spy agent is trying to stay alive whist dealing with saving his relationship with his fiancée (Keira Knightley). This film looks very entertaining and griddy, it reminds me of a modern Bond or even Bourne movie. This is a must see for all Tom Clancy fans. The film is supported by Kevin Costner, David Paymer, Colm Feore and Nonso Anozie.
“Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit” is expected to hit theaters on December 25.
