“The Calling” is back after nearly eight years since their indefinite hiatus after playing a farewell show in Temecula, California. The dude with the perfectly teases eyebrows and frontman of the group Alex Band, is back on the saddle, having fought through drug addiction and troublesome personal relationships.

Alex has assembled a new group of members to join “The Calling”. The band will be returning with acoustic renditions of their top hits. The smash hit and their most renowned song “Wherever You Will Go” was released in June 2001 as the first single from their debut album Camino Palmero. The song peaked at number 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 and topping the Adult Top 40 for 23 weeks, the second longest running number one in the chart’s history. It was named the number 1 song of the decade on the Adult Pop Charts by Billboard magazine.
