Where in the world is Mandy Caruso? The beautiful young woman had many chat rooms talking due to an incident involving her and a meat head at last year’s New York Comic Con. Miss Caruso was approached by a camera crew, who was attending the event dressed as Marvel’s Black Cat, and asked if they could interview her. It’s common for young women to dress in revealing and deliberately skimpy costumes for comic conventions. Unfortunately we have the occasional idiot that spoils the fun by acting inappropriately and by asking or saying stupid things.

He didn’t seem interested in the Marvel comic book super heroine she was portraying.
This following question in particular raised an eyebrow:
‘Well let me ask you an important question then…what is your cup size?’ the man asked.
Miss Caruso responded:
‘That is actually none of your f****** business.’
When the interviewer, who Miss Caruso refused to name, refused to stop talking about her breasts, she simply turned and walked away. Needless to say the camera crew and the men watching the interview, she said, were all dumbfounded.
she wrote on her Tumblr blog, Grind Haus:
‘From the looks on people’s faces, they were just completely not expecting me to do what I just did- which was really nothing more than speaking up for myself,’
‘It wasn’t something one should feel brave for doing but crazy for not doing when necessary.’
This should serve as a reminder to all the guys attending the “geek events” to provide woman with the respect they deserve. The consequences for inappropriate behavior will see no woman attending these events, leaving the sexist nut scratches to enjoy a “sausage fest” by themselves.
Will we see her back in a new outfit?
Mandy Caruso is not just a pretty face, she graduated from Parsons The New School for Design with a BFA in fashion design, she works for herself designing clothes.
Red Sonja Costume:
She made the Red Sonja costume herself, everything combined ended up being under $200.
She wrote on her her Tumblr blog:
“The “metal” bikini is a black bra and black panties with plastic circles sewn together, sewn on to the garments, and individual circles glued to fill in the spots for a more “chain mail” look (took. F*****g. forever.) Bottom is custom fit to me with brass rings sewn at sides. Gloves are made by me, as are the thigh cuffs. Wig bought in a place called X-Tensions in NYC. Sword from Halloween Adventure in NYC. Boots bought from a cheap Mandee’s-type place in the east village.”
Self Shot Pics:
She is very talented, I spent some time going through her tumblr page.
