American Horror Story Season 3 is set to film in New Orleans! According to the Horror Story star Frances Conroy (left), who had a recurring arc in “American Horror Story: Asylum” as the angel of death and appeared in the first season as Murder House maid Moira O’Hara — told the website Shock Till You Drop that the upcoming season is gearing up for production in the Louisiana city.
Emmy Award-winning actress Jessica Lange will return in a yet to be revealed new role. Oscar Award-winning actress Kathy Bates (Right) will be playing a real-life character who is considered one of the worst ladies in New Orleans’ history is Delphine LaLaurie. The infamous Marie Delphine LaLaurie (Madame LaLaurie), was a Louisiana-born socialite and serial killer known for her involvement in the torture and murder of black slaves. With the shocker “Misery” (1990), based on the popular Stephen King novel, Bates plays the role of a chunky, porcine-looking psychopath Annie Wilkes, who kidnaps her favorite author and subjects him to a series of horrific tortures. Bates will be perfect to set the stage for the new season.
Horror Story vets reuniting in Season 3 include Frances Conroy, Lily Rabe, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters and Taissa Farmiga.
I think we have much to look forward too in Season 3!
