Here’s something unprecedented that we are seriously looking forward to. There will be a box office showdown on 6 May 2016, a showdown of biblical proportions which pairs two of the movie giants head to head against each other. DC vs Marvel, ‘Batman vs Superman’ vs. Captain America 3!
Warner Bros. moved Zack Snyder’s Batman Vs. Superman film to May 6th, 2016, putting it up against an Captain America 3 (revealed by THR). Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige recently said that they would not back down from that release date, so we are going to have a Marvel vs. DC box office showdown, which should prove to be interesting. After all, this will be one of the biggest box office battles ever.
Will one of them back-off again? Pairing these two movies together on the same release weekend can mean a massive loss in ticket sales. Will they go head to head?
If these dates remain fixed, well be going to see them both on the same day, and if most people feel the same this may become the biggest box office weekend in the history of mankind!
