The Big Bang Theory has always been the one TV show that Nerds and Geeks can watch together without getting into an argument about the periodic table or Star Trek vs. Star Wars. Currently in its 7th season, they’ve had major success since it’s pilot. Sadly what started out as a hilarious network TV show about Geeks and Nerds, has unfortunately taken a slow turn towards the dark side where all we see are grown men, trying to portray the role of a nerd or a geek, obsessed with being in a relationship.
Wired’s Angry Nerd takes a serious jab at the show in his latest video “The Big Bang Theory’s Shortcomings and Inaccurate Portrayal of Geek Culture“. Although this video can be seen as a hilarious joke aimed at the show, you cannot help but feel that the show is starting to reach the end of its lifespan.
