Hugh Jackman is back as the bad ass Wolverine, the most iconic member of the X-Men. Scheduled to be released on July 26th, this time Wolverine is set in Japan, where he faces some of his toughest challenges yet!
Based on the celebrated comic book arc, this epic action-adventure takes Wolverine (Jackman), the most iconic character of the X-Men universe, to modern day Japan. Out of his depth in an unknown world, he will face a host of unexpected and deadly opponents in a life-or-death battle that will leave him forever changed. Vulnerable for the first time and pushed to his physical and emotional limits, he confronts not only lethal samurai steel but also his inner struggle against his own immortality.
Face it, we’ll never get tired of Wolverine going medieval on those around him…Bub! This movie really looks like it will be worth the wait, a wolverine movie that will give us what we want. From the two trailers it seems like Wolvie is dealing with the choice of having his mumanity restored, taking away is powers and become fully human again. It all seems like a trap of some sorts, and we are left with seeing Wolvie doing what he does best!
