Warner Bros. has released the creepy first trailer for Annabelle – The Conjuring Spin-Off. The movie is a spin-off of James Wan’s terrifying movie The Conjuring, and it will tell the origin story of the creepy-ass Annabelle doll. The Conjuring did exceptionally well at the U.S Box Office and was the unexpected ‘low-budget’ hit opening with a impressive $41.5 million. Shortly after, the sin-off received the green light called Annabelle.

This is a great trailer. We were wondering how this spin-off would avoid being another Chucky, and based on the trailer it’s hideous and different in the best possible way. It gave us the same kind of chills when we first saw the trailer for The Conjuring —Check out The Review—
The movie was directed by John Leonetti, and stars Annabelle Wallis, Alfre Woodard, Ward Horton, Tony Amendola, Eric Ladin, and Brian Howe. It will be released in theaters on October 3rd!
