The six-minute track features both artists in full tilt with Busta busting out rhymes for the first half of the song followed by Slim Shady. The track is medium paced, featuring a heavy baseline while fast lyrics are dropped non-stop throughout the track. The artists engage in a battle of lyrics lasting the entire length of the song. “Calm Down” will featured in Busta’s tenth studio album, “E.L.E. (Extinction Level Event) 2”.
