Jean-Claude Van Damme’s epic split Volvo ad has caused an internet frenzy. In order to demonstrate the stability and precision of Volvo Dynamic Steering, the motor company hired the action superstar to show-off his famous flexibility by performing splits in between two moving Volvo trucks. “The Muscle from Brussels” is proving that age is only a number at 53 years old.
Channing Tatum recreated the epic split scene on the set of his new movie “22 Jump Street”. Instead of balancing between two moving Volvo trucks, he uses two food carts with the help from the movie’s crew.

Tatum mimics Van Damme in a voiceover:
“I’ve had my ups and downs,” “Being an undercover cop. That’s what made me what I am today. Surviving high school is no easy task. Neither being a college freshman at my age. But because of this, my body is now engineered to defy the law of physics and a mindset to master the most epic of split.”
