We’ve seen plenty of game-play footage for Ubisofts upcoming Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag, but we have had no indication as to what the exact story will be. Sure we know we play pirate Edward Kenway who will at some point find the time between stabbing people, leaping from high places and sinking ships, to father Assassin’s Creed III’s Haytham Kenway. That’s about it.
Until Now, Ubisoft just released this story trailer that gives us exactly what we’ve been missing. We now have an idea as to what the motivation is behind Edward Kenway’s vengeance.
We remain optimistic about this game. This is Ubisoft’s chance to redeem the Assassins Creed franchise, and from what we’ve seen they are on the right track.
