Mark your calendars now! The fourth season of Arrested Development is currently in post-production. New episodes will premiere on Netflix in all regions on May 26, 2013.
Needless to say we, at GeekShizzle, are extremely exited about the release of the fourth season! Returning to production after seven years off the air, I am sure the internet will come to a stand-still with the launch of the pilot episode! All new 15 episodes will be available to stream on the same day of release.
Arrested Development is a ground-breaking sitcom that originally aired 53 episodes over three seasons from November 2, 2003 to February 10, 2006 on FOX. Since cancellation it has developed a cult following and its popularity has grown. It has been rumored that a film is planned for our favorite TV family, however nothing has been confirmed.
The series follows family man Michael Bluth as he tries to keep his family and business from collapsing after his father George is sent to prison for embezzling money. As the family adjusts from riches to rags Michael helps his mother Lucille keep up appearances, sister Lindsay and brother-in-law Tobias with their failed marriage, son George Michael and niece Maeby through adolescence, and brothers Buster and G.O.B. adjust to working life. The season will be a slightly different format, consisting of 15 episodes with each episode predominantly focusing on one member of the Bluth family and what they have been doing since 2006. The first episode will revolve around Michael who will be the only character to appear in all 15 episodes.

“The highly anticipated return of this show is sure to make history all over again.”
