“Neighbors”, previously named “Townies”, heat up in the latest promo video when Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne and newborn baby move in next door to a fraternity house. Led by Zac Efron, the band of fraternity boys (supported by Dave Franco and Christopher Mintz-Plasse) make their lives a living hell with many hilarious pranks.

Rogen produces alongside Evan Goldberg (“This Is the End”), with “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” director Nick Stoller serving behind the lens. “Neighbors” will hit the big screens in the U.S. on May 9, 2014.
