The Vikings Season 5 trailer was dropped at San Diego Comic-Con earlier and to no one’s surprise, it looks epic! Last season, which saw the death of our hero, Ragnar Lothbrok (Travis Fimmel), and the rise of his sons, Bjorn, Ivar, Ubbe, Hvitserk, and Sigurd (Alexander Ludwig, Alex Høgh Andersen, Jordan Patrick Smith, Marco Ilsø, David Lindström), and ended with Ivar killing Sigurd. The trailer puts all the stuff we love about Vikings out there – the violence (watch a head roll), the sets (Bjorn is on the desert), the family drama (CIVIL WAR!). It seems that everyone wants Kattegat, everyone wants Wessex, and everyone wants the world.
And the premiere date is… November 29th! Can’t wait!

Katheryn Winnick (Lagertha), Gustaf Skarsgard (Floki), Ludwig, and Andersen, and creator Michael Hirst talked about the upcoming season and had a surprise guest – Travis Fimmel in a kangaroo suit!
