Entertainment Weekly is first in line to snap some shots of the cast members for the much talked about “Terminator Genisys“. Emilia Clarke’s Sarah Connor, Jai Courtney’s Kyle Reese, Matt Smith’s Mysterious Future Guy and Jason Clarke’s John Connor are featured on the double covers for the popular entertainment magazine. Fans of the futuristic post apocalyptic movie franchise have been waiting for plot details or some scraps at least, that will give some indication of what to expect. Entertainment Weekly spilled the beans with a massive hint, this is what they had to say:

“Sarah Connor isn’t the innocent she was when Linda Hamilton first sported feathered hair and acid-washed jeans in the role. Nor is she Hamilton’s steely zero body-fat warrior in 1991’s T2. Rather, the mother of humanity’s messiah was orphaned by a Terminator at age 9.”

Raised by Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s iconic T-800 guardian Terminator who she calls ‘Pops’, the magazine also reveals:

“Since she was 9 years old, she has been told everything that was supposed to happen,” “But Sarah fundamentally rejects that destiny. She says, ‘That’s not what I want to do’. It’s her decision that drives the story in a very different direction.”

This is going to be an epic reintroduction of the once beloved robot apocalypse franchise if the newly shared plot details are anything to go by. There are so many interesting angles to Schwarzenegger’s T-800 Terminator that seems to draw in more suspicion that his character will once again be one of the final keys to unlock the Skynet mystery.

Arnie previously spilled the beans about his upcoming role as the titular character. He shared some details about the iconic bot that is confirmed to be “aging”:

“The way that the character is written, it’s a machine underneath,” “It’s this metal skeleton. But above that is human flesh. And the Terminator’s flesh ages, just like any other human being’s flesh. Maybe not as fast. But it definitely ages.”

Schwarzenegger also mentioned that ‘Genesis’ will have the Same Feel as ‘Terminator 2′, the second installment in the blockbuster franchise starring Linda Hamilton as Sarah Connor and Edward Furlong as John Connor.

‘Terminator: Genesys’ will be released on July 1, 2015.
